An artist of exceptional and varied talents, Crowder comes to upholstery from the photography world; until 2016, she worked as a senior features photo editor at the Washington Post. Now she applies her finely tuned aesthetics to furniture design and upholstery, whether on projects for major hotels and retailers, custom pieces for clients, or soft pieces like meditation pillows, sold directly through her website.
