Los Angeles' West Haddon Hall debuts Collection I featuring 14 new pieces of seating, tables, and casegoods that seamlessly blend style + era.
Established in 2011 by Kate Driver, Los Angeles-based multidisciplinary design studio West Haddon Hall debuts its first furniture collection consisting of 14 pieces that seamlessly blend style and bygone eras into timeless works of craftsmanship. Â Speaking on her ethos: “It is with a firm belief that good design ages well, these pieces were created to live in harmony with ever-evolving lifestyles and tastes.” Careful distillation through West Haddon Hall’s lens results in Collection I feeling cohesive despite reference from multiple eras. Materials were meticulously selected ? sometimes in a fun color or unexpected texture ? in hopes of piquing interest while also calling attention to high-quality construction and longevity. These pieces were designed with Driver’s unique approach to craft modern-day heirlooms that will live on through generations.
The most magical spaces are those that feel alive, and our design practice is constantly asking, ?How do we bring spirit to space" How can we add to and evolve that narrative over time"? When designing this collection, I wanted to layer charm, warm...
