Recently launched uuio designed a children's bed combining both contemporary and classic elements.

Recently launched uuio is a German brand with goals to design high quality furniture and toys for kids. Instead of going straight to modern with their work, they’ve chosen to combine classic and contemporary elements with the best materials and craftsmanship. Of their designs, the VII bed is our favorite.

Constructed out of solid oak, the VII children’s bed was designed with a classic shape but a contemporary feel complete with contrasting wooden spindles set at slight angles. Custom components are used in place of typical bed slats giving the bed a supportive structure. VII comes in multiple sizes, as well as a daybed, and it’s completely adjustable in length by swapping out the long board frames for longer ones. That means it’s a bed that can grow with your child through life.
