This new modern light fixture, designed by Ukrainian brand +kouple, is made from recycled plastic with the ability to visually and acoustically enhance a room.

When it comes to a room’s atmosphere, two factors greatly affect it: the acoustics and the lighting. After all, we do enjoy a space more when it provides an ambient level of sounds and thoughtfully placed lighting instead of a blanket of overhead fluorescents and deafening silence. The JEFFREY lamp, crafted by +kouple, addresses both of these issues with one single product. Designed by Dan Vakhrameyev, the modern fixture uses PET felt to dampen loud noises while adding intentional lighting, all to create a more calming environment.

The material used to make the JEFFREY lamp is provided through a partnership with Re:Quiet, a Kyiv-based brand that creates sound-absorbing materials.
