Summer is just around the corner! I can just feel those boat rides and lake days coming! We’re kicking off summer in style during our Summer Seasonal Simplicity home tours! I’m sharing my summer kitchen today. I ended up going with simple and colorful vintage pieces to create a cheerful summer kitchen. I was SO excited that my peonies bloomed just in time to take some summer shots of the house. I wait allllll year long for that bush to bloom, and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone out to check on it. It’s a little ridiculous, actually.
I ended up with a bright cheery little vignette for the island using vintage glasses I found at a garage sale a few years ago and this adorable tray from Wayfair. (It’s sold out at the moment.)
Do you garage sale" I feel like you either are into garage sales, or you aren’t. I happen to fall into the first category. I looooove me a good garage sale. I can remember just about everything I got at a garage sale, and exactly which garage sale it was. I distinctly remember finding those turquoise striped glasses at a garage sale probably three years ago. I’ve never used them before now, but aren’t they cute"! I’m a sucker for vintage acces...
