A showcase to celebrate the fruitful collaboration between Pierre Charpin and Ligne Roset.

Recently named Maison et Objet’s 2017 Designer of the Year, Pierre Charpin curated a selection of his work to showcase at the M+O Paris Fair. While he has a vast repertoire of products, it is his collaboration with French luxury brand, Ligne Roset, that really stole the show this year. He created four different objects, all with a distinct look and feel that perfectly incorporates both their styles.

The Slice armchair, originally designed in 1998, was recently relaunched with updated ergonomics and comfort. It is a modular armchair that can be transformed into a lounger or even a sofa, by adding more “slices” or ottomans. It comes in a multitude of whimsical colors and options that allows the user to customize to their tastes.
The Stump occasional table isn’t a tree stump, rather it’s a table that’s made from a single piece of Carrara marble. Its sleek lines and minimal nature ensure that Stump fits the style of any room.

The Desa table lamp infuses a room with a soft, warm glow thanks to its mouth-blown glass cylindrical shade that acts as a sculpture at the same time.

The Mobidec footstool was first designed in 2010 for the MobiBoom exhibition at the Musée des Arts. The footstool takes inspiration from the equestrian world, resembling a saddle, with a metal base that looks a bit like stirrups.
