Fermob's STUDIE collection includes two chairs that smartly reimagine the traditional school chair and add style indoors + out.

Earlier this year, renowned French furnishings brand Fermob shared the release of their 2022 collection. It includes the simple STUDIE collection, a series of two chairs that smartly reimagine the traditional school chair. Both pieces are designed by Tristan Lohner, who has previously partnered with Fermob on the creation of the Mooon! lamp, Balad lamp, and Bebop low tables. Lohner?s revamp of this childhood staple includes both a standard chair and an armchair, which we imagine many students would have enjoyed settling into during class time ? us included.

The duo is aptly-named, as both STUDIE chairs bring a sense of school days nostalgia with them, albeit in a newfound minimalist style. Versatile, practical, and comfortable, the curved seats hug the body, a nice example of Fermob?s commitment to ergonomic design and attention to detail and a nice upgrade from actual school chairs.
