Years from now, when I think back on all the DIY projects (and posts in general) that we’ve run over the years, this post will absolutely be one of my all-time favorites. Mainly because it is the epitome of what we believe in here at Design*Sponge: that beautiful design can be easy, inexpensive, accessible and functional. This project also reminds me of the joy of working with Max Tielman. He brought so many incredible ideas to our team and always lifted our spirits when we needed a pick-me-up. This simple tape project that he set up on our walls at the old Design*Sponge office was an instant hit and to this day I’ve seen these pictures pop up in blogs, on social media platforms, and even in magazines across the world. I love how a simple idea that has a big impact can just take off sometimes. So I hope you’ll enjoy these DIY Tape Frames, our #11 spot on the Top 20 DIY Posts of All Time. (PS: they’re perfect for dorm rooms because washi tape won’t rip paint off!) xo, Grace #11:Â Tape Picture Frames
