Designer Spotlight | Four Point Design & Build
For today?s Designer Spotlight, we journey to the golden state ? California. West coast architecture offers an ease and openness that we are excited to celebrate with Four Point Design & Build, a design firm based in Los Angeles. Four Point Design believe every detail matters and, as the saying goes, seeing is believing! This kitchen captures the history of the 1920?s bungalow with every detail neatly in place ? from the rustic plank flooring to the Frosty Carrina counters to the personal family antiques, this design stays true to the roots of the home down to the last detail.
Anytime a rolling ladder can be incorporated into a kitchen design, we are on board! After all, how is anyone supposed to reach the cabinets ABOVE the uppers" Rolling ladders are both functional and a fun rustic design element. Speaking of rustic, the detailed window latches and Dutch door complete the cohesive design and truly make this space one of a kind.
This bathroom is what Four Point refers to as ?modern rustic vintage?. The modern: Pure White countertops and new hardware throughout. The rustic: the beautiful reclaimed wood on the vanity and tub. The vintage: fun items like the sconces and egg basket repurposed as an organizational piece.
From traditional to modern, dark to bright, enclosed to open, this home got a complete renovation. Pure White perimeter counters help to brighten the space and soft green tiles offer a touch of color.
We can even sneak a peak at the eat-in...
