Last week, we shared the design plan of our guest room as a part of the Paintover Challenge with FrogTape®, and the first (really!) big change came with – what else" – a fresh coat of paint! A large part of our assigned Oasis theme was the use of the color green, and we both agreed that we wanted to go bold. Because we had already installed beadboard on the lower half of the room, it felt less daunting to choose a deep, saturated green for the walls above, and after squinting at countless swatches, we finally landed on Sherwin Williams Jasper. In keeping with the trend of really going for it, we also painted the windows! A while back, we took a poll in Instagram Stories, asking if we should paint the wood casement windows black. Overwhelmingly, you all said, 100% yes! And although not all of the windows in Tree House are original to the home, the newer windows were still wood.
