Irish-born and Sydney-based food photographer/food stylist Katie Quinn Davies’ Guinness Cake recipe was, without a doubt, one of my favorite recipes we’ve ever run. Why" Because it is quite simply one of the most delicious and richest chocolate cakes I’ve ever tasted in my life. If you’ve never had a Guinness Cake (Katie’s version is an adaptation of Nigella Lawson’s recipe), the flavor is like nothing else. Rich and chocolatey but also with a slight hint of sourness from the Guinness. Top that with decadent cream cheese frosting and you have a winner. Happy Baking! xo, Grace #1:Â Katie Quinn Davies’ Guinness Cake
