Meatball Stuffed Cheesy Garlic Bread
Hello everyone!
How did your week go" Mine has gone so-so. I've been battling a shoulder injury that I believe happened at the gym. Ugh! I probably lifted too much weight or something. Not quite sure. It has been giving me pain when I move it for over a week now. So, all I do now is cardio at the gym. I may see a doctor about it since it isn't getting better.
However, I wanted to share this tasty recipe with you in case you're looking for something new to make at home these days. It was fairly simple and your kids will probably like it too!
It's called meatball stuffed cheesy garlic bread.
It looks like this.
You first cut out the tops of rolls and fill them with a mixture of garlic, parsley, and butter. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over that.
Then you fry up some meatballs using ground beef, bread, parmesan cheese, oregano, salt and pepper.
After they're fried, remove them to drain.
Then place a meatball in each roll and cover with marinara sauce.
Then sprinkle more mozzarella cheese over that.
Then bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 min.
And there you have it! It's very good. I was only able to eat about 2 rolls though because it was rich. So, this will serve plenty!
Here is the complete recipe.________________________________________________________Jar of marinara sauceHawaiian sweet rolls (pkg of 12) or similar2 cloves garlic3 tbsp melted ...
