House redo part II
Dear readers, a few weeks ago I posted about a project I started working on. In collaboration with Dankers Decor, the Belgium based artisanal painting company, we try to give a ?well-worn? look to some of the rooms of a client?s home. After several weeks of intensive work, the painters have done a great job to add that missing ?well-worn? part to the rooms by using artisanal mural paintings and wall finishes. Not only the walls were taken on, but even the oak beamed ceilings were weathered and kitchen furniture was greyed to obtain a more authentic look. The orangery, the breakfast room and the kitchen are the rooms that needed a remodelling. However, the job is not quite done yet ! We do have to bring in all furniture and have to redecorate the rooms, which is my favorite part of the job. Redecoration of the rooms is planned next week, but I couldn?t resist to bring in a few decorative accessories into the kitchen already. Start of the redecoration of the kitchen.
