Family Room Changes
Hello everyone!
Are you happy it's Friday" I know I am. My husband will be home to finish working on the walls in our bathroom. After our mirrors were taken down (so we could raise our vanities) it left some ugly sheetrock behind. So, I bought some new mirrors to hang and he is going to repair and paint the walls first. We will be replacing our floor and shower tile in there next. We will hire someone to do that! Once it's all done, I'll show the pics.
For now, I've made some changes to our family room that I wanted to share.
I got a new French style chair to go in front of the fireplace and a new clock over the mantel.
The old chair that was in here went in our bedroom. The grey architectural piece that was over our mantel went into our half bath. So, I'm making use of things in new places. I also replaced our white painted coffee table with this rustic one from Restoration Hardware. I love the reclaimed wood on top. It's not as large as our other one so it gives us more space to walk around too.
I've been bringing in some more wood elements to the space to offset all of the white.
I'm replacing the lamps on the table behind the sofa and may move these up to our bedroom. They should arrive next week.
My husband wants to hang shiplap on the fireplace wall too. He will try that after he's done with all the other million projects I've got him working on....
