After 15 years in marketing, Michelle Binette has started a new career in interior decorating. Michelle’s approach to interior design and decorating is that it should be beautiful, approachable and suit the client’s stylistic goals and financial limitations. One of Michelle’s first clients after launching her business was Marni, an occupational therapist and single mom  in Toronto, Ontario. Marni’s job includes several stressful cases daily and Michelle wanted to transform her bedroom from barely functioning into a relaxing retreat with function in every nook and cranny. With any new business, there were things to work through and this project provided a lot of learning experience for Michelle. “The process for this bedroom admittedly took me longer than I had hoped, mostly because I had recently just launched my decorating business and she was one of the first clients who hired me to decorate multiple rooms in her home,” Michelle shares.
