I'm really excited to share this bedroom makeover with you today! We've been working on it for awhile and finally got around to photographing it.  
When Erin and I went out to see the space our clients mentioned they wanted a bedroom that felt relaxing with calming colors.  This was the before:

They had a lot of furniture from their previous home that just wasn't their style anymore.  They did want to use as much of the old furniture as possible.  We decided to keep the nightstands and the two gold chairs but have them recovered.  So that meant we needed a new bed, dresser, rug, bench and bedding.  They also had a strange fireplace surround going on.

So we needed to replace that asap! Next to the fireplace was a nook perfect for a little seating area. This is where we decided to put the two reupholstered chairs.
