As the spaces we occupy face the need to become exceedingly flexible, exploring modular commercial furniture options makes a lot of sense during the design process. While we?ve always appreciated the versatility and capabilities of the system, a lot of what falls under this category leans toward oversized, overstuffed furniture design. Arcadia?s Flipside modular bench collection is quite possibly the direct opposite, giving center stage to a modern, thin profile with highlighted wood accents on both the seat and backrest ends, as well as the backrest?s exterior. The thoughtfully designed family marks the brand?s second collaboration with designer Gemma Bernal, who previously created the Pirra lounge collection. An appreciation of everyday beauty within her practice and a deep understanding of shape, structure, and craftsmanship can be found in Flipside?s every detail.
Available in two-, three-, and four-unit combinations, as well as standalone and modular configurations, Flipside can rise to the occasion of any space?s needs and look good while doing so.
