This past October, Delta® Faucet invited us to the Food52 test kitchen in New York, where we were encouraged to eat our weight in pinwheels, coconut bars and chocolate. (Needless to say, I was more than happy to oblige!) Sadly, Scott was unable to attend, but I sent him countless texts throughout the day with photos from the gorgeous place Food52 calls work. Their test kitchen, aside from, well, a kitchen, is also a creative gathering hub for their team, completed with the most thoughtful design execution. Think: deep sofas for recharging, built-in banquettes and the sweetest mudroom cubbies for bags, umbrellas and coats.
Every detail from lighting to color palette felt effortless, casual and inviting, but it should come as no surprise that these decisions were intended to spark creativity in a soothing environment. I’ve been taking notes and reeling with ideas for our own Tree House ever since.
Aside from indulging in yummy treats, our day with Food52 allowed us to experience Delta Faucet’s ShieldSpray? Technology. We were hands on in the test kitche...
