It?s no secret, I am a dog fan.  A dog person.  Through and through, dogs dogs dogs.  Spot my car and you?ll find a Tell Your Dog I Said Hi sticker. 
We all know dogs are special, little angels on earth that us humans are beyond lucky to share time with.  Their unconditional love, the way they give, always there for you with their sweet eyes?.  Sigh. 
I miss my boy.  And my girl.  And Samson, Mike?s dog when we met.  Bear.  Jake.  My dad died, friends.  
On top of having a rough go, the going has gotten rougher.  I?ve mentioned him here on the blog for his impressive mastery of all things structural.  How he thought I should have my own show, heh. 
His kindness, his generosity, his quiet calm, his unwavering care, thoughtfulness, strength?I could list and list his extraordinary qualities as a person, as my dad, until I?m blue in the face. 
Instead, I am blue.  I hope I can be half as great as he was.  I?m lucky that he was mine.  I will miss him to eternity.
