Do you take time, as the end of December comes near, to look back on the year" We’ve been thinking a lot about what 2016 has brought. We started the year with our big three-room-renovation, and in February, we allowed ourselves a week off to enjoy the warm sun with our friends. As soon as we returned, we hit the ground running on the design plan for our Lowe’s makeover, and a couple of months after that, we landed in Mission Viejo to knock it out! In-between, we checked off our bathroom, finished the master bedroom, and kind of on a whim, decided to tear down our 3-story deck once and for all and create a tiny backyard retreat. But beyond the happenings under our own roof, we’ve been digging deeper into conversations about everything – our city (that we love so, so much), the recent election and what will happen next year" Here, we share our home, but I think we’re all wondering what 2017 will bring.
