Urbic Vila Mariana Residential Building / Ide Studio Arquitetura
Urbic Vila Mariana in São Paulo, Brazil, has been designed to highlight a prefabricated construction method that seeks to achieve a cleaner and faster-paced construction. The prefabricated elements of the building feature a bolted steel structure highlighting its beams and columns (therefore reducing welding on site), cast-in-place concrete slabs with metal edge trim, prefab concrete panels, glass facades, and different types of drywall systems, Brazilian cobogó and prefabricated plumbing kits.
