Urban Stories by Sebastien Weiss
“The city is the theatre of life” stated two experts in Urban Research, Ash Amin and Stephen Graham, in their joint publication “The Ordinary City” in the late 90s. For Sebastien Weiss, this sentence is a major inspiration. For him, a city is first of all a theater in which dramas and comedies take place. “Dramatis Personae II”, a series shot in Paris, is about the characters of this story, the key elements of a scenario. Among them, some buildings from ECDM Architectes, Émile Aillaud, Jean Nouvel, Gérard Grandval, VIB Architecture and Rudy Ricciotti.
