The often used cast-in-situ concrete structures as well as steel, wood, & masonry structures have many advantages as the precast concrete construction has. If we talk about it, we should say that it provides faster and more efficient construction process. It has its own characteristics which influence the layout, span length, construction depth, stability system, etc. to a greater or less extend. And for sure, it is very labour, intensive and costly.
