Non terror related building crashes are actually connected with architectural mistakes that done a lot of damage to the mankind. Not only they have taken many human lives but also a lot of material damage to the surrounding and to people who had invested in those flats, restaurants, businesses that collapsed in several minutes. 
The architecture is trying to build beautiful creations not minding the construction side of their project. The constructors, trying to achieve the design of the architects do weak decisions with the construction materials and similar, making the worst decisions ever. The results are terrifying –  Sampoong Department Store, Seoul, South Korea; Versailles Wedding Hall, Jerusalem, Israel; Lotus Riverside, Shanghai; Lian Yak, Singapore; Savar Building, Bangladesh… are the proof!
