Plasterboard Uses and Working With Schemes
Plasterboard is basically an inner layer of gypsum sandwich that stands between two outer layers of lining paper. There are included various additives in the gypsum layer and that’s why it is varying the weight and strength of the lining paper that gives the finished board different properties. Gypsum building materials we can find in construction types (residential, non-residential, new or refurbished), ranging from complex high-tech systems to easy to install products adapted for use by the general public. We can see that the plasterboard finds wide range of uses: for partitions and the lining of walls, ceilings, roofs and floors. The properties of plasterboard can be modified to meet specific requirements, such as shock resistance, fire resistance, humidity resistance etc. The images are presenting schemes of working with this material.
