A set that seems to emerge from the forest and integrates perfectly in the landscape in which it is located; in coherence with the philosophy of the Brand, Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti reinterprets The traditional architecture of the place, finding the recurring elements of mountain constructions, such as wood, stone and the rigorous simplicity of finishes, mediated Through a strong Italian style that confers prestige and luxury internationally.
Starting from these elements, Studio Apostoli, multi-award-winning architectural firm in the hospitality and wellness industry, laid the foundations for the interior design concept. A design idea, born from the close collaboration with the Lefay Resorts Team Project, which communicates the values of the Brand, including Italianness, contemporary luxury and environmental and energy sustainability. The structure is spread over nine levels, naturally resting on the surrounding mountains, four dedicated to private residences and five to the hotel suites. It provides 86 suites and 23 residences, an absolute innovation in the Italian real estate panorama that offers the owners the possibility to access the services of the Resort and to participate in the ?Rental programme?, providing the unit during periods of non-use.
