This traditional house redesigned in 2020 by Alberto Facundo Arquitectura is located in Valencia, Spain.

Description
The enclave is the starting point of this project, where it is intended to value a traditional lifestyle in the Mediterranean area. This is where the booth was born, understood as a meeting place, a space for disconnection and relaxation; intimately linked to its natural environment, the Valencian garden.
The line of action is marked by the elimination of inappropriate elements added over time, trying to find the essence of their origin. Conservation has therefore been the fundamental premise that has guided each of the solutions adopted.
The materiality, sincere and austere, understood as a simple mechanism that leaves the prominence to the traditional space of the country house. The rooms, with small windows, focus the light and the views, passing the finishes to the background in an irrelevant way. On the ground floor, the openings are focused towards the south where we find the most extensive views of all its facades.
A traditional concept, in a traditional place, to be with the same old people. Of course, giving everything a complete turn and reinventing each of its parts to create our own version of the house.
