In the construction is very important they work and use quality materials. No matter if they are mixing them or taking the already prepared for construction. The slump test will tell the quality of the concrete which experiences a true slump. That happens because of its cohesiveness and rich mixes.  There is also a shear slump that happens due to inadequate mix. That mixture has less cement and is showed by lack of cohesiveness in the concrete mix.  And a collapse slump that shows too wet mix and low quality of the concrete.
