The façade is warm and inviting, through the clever use of weatherboard, natural stone and rendered brickwork. That is complimented by a ?beach? inspired colour palette.
The entry of the home is complete with high ceilings that provide a sense of openness that continues throughout the home. Directly off the entry is the private master suite, that features a dressing room and ensuite. The large free form living area is located at the centre of the home, creating easy accessibility for all. It features an expansive kitchen, scullery and dining adjacent to the aflresco. The media room and laundry are located alongside the free form living area.
The back of the home features the remaining three bedrooms, bathroom and private water closet. Complete with a multipurpose activity room for children and guests, plus a study nook.
