Free online classes founded by Harvard and MIT using edX are offered online. There are over 800 online courses offering valuable certificates from top universities around the world (Harvard, MIT and UC Berkeley). The list of courser is covering everything from literature to poetry, medicine, biology, urban planning, engineering, history and architecture. 
English is the main language these courses use, but also there are classes offered in other languages like Chinese, French, Spanish and Portuguese. Generally the courses require the participants to be online at designated times of the day. The certificates that can be purchased at the end of the course are costing between $50-$70.
