This industrial brick apartment located in Philadelphia, PA, has been redesigned in 2019 by k YODER design.

Description
When tasked with updating a c. 1832 brick row house that enjoyed stints as a private home, a restaurant, and a corner store, the k YODER design team edited out incongruous details from renovations past and provided the homeowners with a clean, modern aesthetic and unified spaces that flow naturally from one to another. In addition to providing architecture and interior design, k YODER design specified all of the furnishings and lighting.
