Root cellar is an underground room that acts like a natural refrigerator, with a temperatures in the mid 30?s F in the winter and mid 50?s in the summer. These kids of underground rooms are great for storing goods and products that people produce and need more space with specific temperature conditions.  Building this roof cellar is not so difficult, but it need a lot of time for digging and building with the blocks.
