BL1 is a house for a young family that decided to move from the capital to the beach of Cáhuil. It is not a second home for resting or escaping during the weekends but the possibility of transforming their metropolitan lifestyle to a more informal and rural one, with a direct and constant contact with the natural environment.

It is not a second home for resting or escaping during the weekends but the possibility of transforming their metropolitan lifestyle to a more informal and rural one, with a direct and constant contact with the natural environment.

Due to this, in addition to the traditional program of family rooms, common spaces and services, the house includes extra spaces for guests, a workshop/yoga room, a garage/logia/dressing room that can be used as a multipurpose room and an independent cabin for rent (BL 2 House)
