A fascinating master plan for the River Beech Tower located along the Chicago River. It is a residential high-rise that would be taller than any existing timber building if this plan is going to be realized ever. The collaborative team of architects Perkins+Will, engineers Thornton Tomasetti and the University of Cambridge made this excellent project. They will reach far greater heights than any existing timber building which will be using only ?real, commercially available timber materials?.  Enjoy the images presenting this marvelous project and lovely architecture hoping to be build in near future.
