This is a passive ultra-insulated house developed by the French architects. The process assembles like Lego building for children. But the most interesting fact here is the price- it does not cost more than 37 000 ? for materials of structure, that comes less than 250 ? of m².

The  mounting process took only FOUR days (shown in the video below). This house is eco-friendly, it is ultra-isolated because it is part of so-called “passive” houses, it is 90% better isolated than most of the buildings, and 50% better isolated than all new buildings. That would be quite enough to make a lot of savings on heating during the heating season.
